Summary: Rooms feel old and run down with linoleum floor- bring slippers, you won’t want to walk on it. Housekeeping hung up dirty towels we had left on floor- yuck!

Summary: Great location right on the river, superb staff, a self-serve snacks and refreshments area in the foyer, clean and very cool, stylish rooms. There is a lovely outdoor area looking right over the Spree River and the Oberbaum bridge. So many cool bars, restaurants and clubs just a short walk away. We will be back.

Summary: Such an amazing and fun hotel. Highly recommend, went for a weekend with a girlfriend. Perfect for east side gallery and kreuzberg. Clean, spacious, great sweets and lift dancing!

Summary: I was there for Michael movie global premiere and the hotel was in perfect location from where it was happening. I loved the room. The staff was the best. Very helpful and kind. I also enjoyed the bar and loved the DJ playing great music. When I checked out there was DJ playing with live music (saxophone). Great vibes. I did not eat breakfast so I can't comment on that. But the design and decor is really cool and I loved the Michael Jackson mosaic painting and the wall decor.

Summary: Nice hotel. I particularly liked that I could buy a sandwich and a drink from the self-serve shop when I got in from my night out as I was hungry. Good choice at breakfast. Staff were all super friendly and made me feel welcome.

Summary: It feels like the hotel lost their spark a few years ago. They seem under staffed and it feels like they have a manager issue. Before arrival I called in a few times to ask questions, half of the times I was put on hold until the line broke after I asked ”hello do you speak english?”, and the other half of the times I was rudely spoken to. The wellness center is a joke, it’s 1 dry sauna, 1 warm room(?) and one steam sauna that was broken, the rest of the space was just seats and showers without really understanding what to use of the space. The breakfast is absolutely overpriced and not worth adding to your booking, it was either super-high-sugar or some random german breakfast thing…the germans happily ate the blood pudding, but really girl, what can I say hahah
